What holiday movie season?

Problem: Since there aren't any more hobbit movies to watch, I guess that means this year's holiday movie selection has to suck. Of course I don't really mean that, but jeez...look at the incoming shlock:

Blade: Trinity -- Blah. New characters won't save the franchise. They should've just hung up the boots after part two and ended on a good note.

Ocean's Twelve -- Meh. The last one was so good partially because it was based on a good original. Now that they don't have that to fall back on, I'm skeptical. $20 says Brad Pitt isn't eating something in every scene last time...

The Aviator -- Scorsese on Howard Hughes? Uhhhhhh...can you sense my lack of excitement?

A Series of... -- If I'm not excited about The Aviator...

Spanglish -- Adam Sandler doesn't normally get me out to the movie theatre.

The Phantom of the Opera -- Next...

Flight of the Phoenix -- Meh...

Meet the Fockers -- Nah.

Solution: Netflix, or your local ma 'n pa video store. (I seriously feel pretty bad about the damage Netflix has caused stores like Greensboro's coolest, Video Review, but I simply can't expect them to compete against Netflix's incredible selection.) But Netflix in particular because they're a "blue" company. Just scroll to the bottom of this page.
