I find it interesting to come out here and find that Rick has gone so far as to steal my regular column here, but that he hasn't even mentioned the fact that today is Dorrie Dutton's birthday. I mean she only lives with him, he even went and emailed me that they're doing something tonight involving cake and ice cream...yet no mention here. So I'll do it.
Happy birthday, Dorrie. Hope its a good one. Us older folk are slowly getting into that stingy stretch where seeing a youngin' like yourself get one year older brings us just a sparkle of joy. So if today is going well for you, just know that some of us are feeling pretty good too.
