Annie and Dorrie's grandmother, Dorothy Cole Dutton, passed away in her sleep last night. This happening this early in the year is something of a shock as she has been bed-ridden for several months now, but very lucid and chipper when we visited during Christmas. "Dot Mama", as she was affectionately dubbed by her grandchildren, was a sharp, good-natured, Southern lady. A mother, a wife, a sister, and a grandmother. She was always willing to share a funny story. Always very welcoming. She will be missed.
