Oh yeah!

That's right! I have a blog!

Sorry I've been constipated and not regular, folks. Been rather busy. And out of town. But, as I found out this weekend, its not like some of you even bother to come out and read this anyway! So, to the "some", I wave respectfully...but then get right into what I've been doing, with or without your encouragement 'cause this was never for you anyway!

Anyway, let's start with the bad news. I mean this is big bad news. This is the kinda bad news that makes me think of things on down the road (when I've grown out my razzled Blogging Poet beard and after the Clear Channel empire has grown even larger and taken over satellite radio) where I'll be huffin' and puffin' over the non-news I'm hearing in my hovercar. "Sonny," I'll slur at my son, "there usta be a time when the news they reported on the news was" where my son (if he inherits anything from me) will immediately interrupt with "Not this speech again! Yeah, I know they used to say the media was liberally biased, dad. I believe the story, you don't have to go into all that again!" Where I'll try to insert "See, sonny," and I'll glance over at him in the passenger seat or I'll look at him in the rearview (yes, there will be rearview mirros in hovercars) "see how the times 'a change? See how the pendulum swings? I mean you have no idea how happy your grandfather would be if lived in our right-wing-controlled media outlet and not have to complain about the liberal media myth." To which I would probably suddenly think to myself (as I am now): Gee, dad hates "the bias" so much...I wonder if he'll be even-handed in his future railings.

In good news, I'm looking forward to the show tonight which means sometime on here I'll be trying my hand at concert reviews. We'll see!
